Carefully place your diamond jewelry in lukewarm water with a mild, pH-neutral soap and clean with a soft toothbrush. Then rinse your diamonds under running water and dry them with a soft cloth. To maintain their shine, you should polish your diamond jewelry regularly with a soft cloth.
